Recruited to provide the global vision and strategy for Vans' core performance product category and establish control-related processes and procedures to build and maintain a best-in-class global action sports brand and product marketing platform.
Initiated and led worldwide re-branding for Vans’ core footwear product category.
Restructured global category product line architecture and line presentation to fit elevated category positioning and GTM strategy driving deliberate and significant year over year global category revenue increases to date.
In 2016, created the world's first and only park terrain skateboarding world championship points ranking system, the Vans Park Series, to define the discipline and foundation for global park terrain skateboarding competition and secured recognition from skateboarding's Olympic governing body, paving the way for 2020 Tokyo Summer Olympics introduction.
Executive Producer of Vans PROPELLER, the iTunes 2015 "Top 10 Most-downloaded" documentary and Vans first-ever feature-length global skateboard film. Winner of "Video of the Year" and "Video Part of the Year" (TransWorld Skateboarding Magazine), "Years Best Skate Video" (The Skateboard Mag) and numerous other awards.
